About this site

The purpose of this site is to explore the means and benefits that can be experienced by learning how to quiet the “inner turmoil” of the mind, and to find ways to promote research into how the mind works in relationship to addiction.

A quiet mind is one that is free from the constant agitation resulting from reactionary thoughts and behavior. The development of a quiet mind automatically leads to an increased ability to enjoy a healthy, balanced and happy life.
